Groups that size need something a standard online booking cannot give them, namely multiple lanes held at the same time, a plan for where everyone stands between throws, and somebody on our end who already knows you are coming. That is what large party booking is for.

How Do 9 Lanes Handle A Crowd This Size?
Nine high-tech projected lanes is a lot of throwing capacity, and the trick with a big group is rotation. Instead of parking forty people in front of nine lanes and hoping for the best, we split the group into lane teams and run them in waves. One set throws, one set is in the arcade or the lounge, and everybody swaps.
Digital scoring is what makes that painless. Every lane keeps its own running score, so you can run a bracket across the whole party, crown a champion at the end, and never once do math on a napkin. Anti-bounce borders on all nine lanes keep the traffic around them safe while people are milling about waiting their turn.
With more than 18 game modes, the rotation stays interesting too. Head-to-head for the competitive half of your group, team modes for the folks who would rather hide in a crowd, and timed games when you need a round to end on schedule. Where Does Everybody Hang Out Between Throws?
This is the question that separates a good group event from a chaotic one, and it is why we have more than lanes in this building.
The retro arcade is the pressure valve. The half of your party waiting on a lane is never just standing around checking the time, which is the single biggest thing that goes wrong at large events elsewhere. The lounge gives you seating, a place to set down a cake, and somewhere the grandparents and the non-throwers can settle in and heckle from.
There is real event space here too, so a group can gather up for a toast, a speech, a gift opening, or an awards moment without shouting over nine lanes of hollering. Between the lanes, the arcade, the lounge, and the event space, a large party can spread out and still feel like one party.

What About Food And Drinks?
The lounge handles it. Beer and wine for the grown-ups, cold drinks for everybody, and snacks for when the trash talk starts burning calories. It is on-site, so nobody in your party has to run out for supplies halfway through the evening.
If your event has a cake, a catering plan, or something specific in mind, put it in the large party request. Sorting that out ahead of time is far easier than improvising while forty people are watching. Same goes for anything you want set up before guests arrive.

What Do You Need From Us Before The Big Day?
Four things, and getting them handled early is the difference between starting on time and starting forty minutes late.
Waivers for every participant. Every single person who throws signs a release. Send your guests the waiver link with the invite and have them sign at home. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign for them. Forty people signing at the counter is forty minutes you will not get back.
Closed-toe shoes on everybody. Required, no exceptions, and worth putting in the group text twice. Someone always shows up in sandals and has to sit it out.
Ages 8 and up. That is the minimum age to throw. Younger siblings are welcome in the building with a responsible adult, they just cannot take a lane.
Your details, sent ahead. Headcount, date and time window, the occasion, how many of your group have thrown before, whether you want a tournament format, any food or cake plans, and anything you need set up in advance. The more of that lands in the request form, the less there is to sort out on the day.

How do I book a large party?
Use the large party booking form rather than the standard online booking. It goes straight to the team that builds group events, and it collects the headcount and date details they need to hold multiple lanes for you.
How many people can you handle at once?

Our regular hours are Tuesday – Friday 4:30pm – 11pm, Saturday 12pm – 11pm, and Sunday – Monday we are closed unless you have booked a private party.
